Tonsillitis
Tonsillitis is the reaction your tonsils (the small glands at the back of your throat) have to a viral or bacterial infection. Some signs of tonsillitis may include: red and swollen tonsils, redness at the back of the throat, white spots on the tonsils and the glands in the neck being bigger than usual. Symptoms may include:
- ear pain
- headache
- high temperature
- pain when swallowing
- sore throat
- tiredness
