Fibromyalgia
Fibromyalgia is a chronic disorder that causes aches, pain, stiffness, and tenderness of the muscles, tendons, and joints. It is characterised by restless sleep, awakening feeling tired, fatigue, anxiety and depression.
The exact cause of fibromyalgia is at present unknown. But despite potentially disabling body pain sufferers of fibromyalgia do not develop body damage or deformity. Fibromyalgia can occur by itself. But it is more prevalent with people that have other diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis and other types of arthritis.
