Sandplay and Sand Tray Therapy

Despite the similar names, sandplay and sand tray therapy are in fact different forms of therapy. Sand tray therapy is a type of psychoanalytic ‘play therapy’ which is used solely to determine the mental health and general well-being of both adults and children.
